At Divinely Inspired Inked, we are committed to providing clear and personalized policies to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Since we offer a diverse range of products, including both digital and physical items, our fulfillment, shipping, and return processes may vary. Below, we outline our policies to help you better understand our procedures.

🛒 Order Confirmation & Fulfillment

Digital Products:

  • Instant access is granted after successful payment.

  • Download links are included in your confirmation email and Thank You page.

  • All digital purchases are final and non-refundable.

Physical Products:

  • Orders are confirmed by email and processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Tracking details will be sent once the order is fulfilled.

  • Some items may ship separately depending on the supplier and location.

📦 Shipping Policy for Physical Products

Processing & Delivery Times:

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Delivery is estimated between 7–14 business days after processing.

  • Some items may ship separately due to fulfillment logistics and supplier location.

Shipping Costs:

  • We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

  • There are no hidden fees—shipping is already included in the price you see.

  • Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@divinelyinspiredinked.com within 5 days of delivery.
Be sure to include your order number and photos (if applicable).
We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.

International Shipping:
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

🔁 Refund & Return Policy

Digital Products (Non-Refundable):
All digital downloads are final and non-refundable due to their instant-access nature. If you experience any issues with your download, please contact us for support.

Physical Products:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • You must contact us before sending any items back.

Return Shipping:

  • If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping.

  • For voluntary returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

🔄 Return Process

  1. Email sales@divinelyinspiredinked.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Include photos if the item is defective or incorrect.

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  4. Once the returned item is received and verified, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

🚫 Cancellations & Exchanges

Order Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Exchanges:
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been processed and refunded.
