Fulfillment, Shiping and Delivery Policy

At Divinely Inspired Inked, we strive to provide clear and personalized policies to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Given the diverse range of products we offer, including digital and physical items, our fulfillment, shipping, and delivery processes may vary.

Below, we outline our policies for both types of products to assist you in understanding our procedures.

Confirmation and Delivery for All Orders:

Upon placing an order with Divinely Inspired Inked, all customers will receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as acknowledgment of your purchase. For digital products, immediate access will be granted upon successful payment. A download link will be provided in the confirmation email and displayed on the Thank You page.

Digital Products:

Our digital products, such as ebooks, digital journals, and digital artwork, are non-refundable once purchased. Due to the nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Physical Products:

For physical products, Divinely Inspired Inked accepts returns within 14 days after the product has been received by the customer. Please note the following guidelines:

  1. The item must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with all original labels and packaging intact.

  2. If the return is due to a defect or discrepancy with the product received, Divinely Inspired Inked will cover the return shipping fees.

  3. If a customer wishes to return a product without a legitimate issue, they will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

  4. In cases of damaged products, customers may be required to submit an image for review and consideration.

  5. Customers can reach out to sales@divinelyinspiredinked.com for inquiries, refund requests, or assistance. A response will be provided within 48 hours.

  6. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges for Physical Products:

Unfortunately, Divinely Inspired Inked does not currently support direct item exchanges. However, customers have the option to place a new order either before or after receiving a refund for the returned item. Please note that return and new order processes are independent of each other.

Refund Process:

Once Divinely Inspired Inked receives your returned package and confirms that the conditions for reimbursement have been met, a full refund will be issued. The sooner the item(s) are returned, the quicker the refund process will be completed.

International Shipping:

At this time, Divinely Inspired Inked does not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we are continuously exploring opportunities to expand our shipping capabilities and hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. While processing times may vary, the estimated standard ground shipping time for US addresses is 7-15 business days after processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team at sales@divinelyinspiredinked.com immediately for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund for your order.
